Lea Pre-School for children from the age of 2 years

Welcome to Lea Pre-School
Set in the peaceful village of Lea, just outside of Malmesbury, our friendly Pre-School accepts children from the age of 2, until they move on to primary school.

The Pre-School provides the children with a warm, loving, fun environment focusing on excellent care as well as their educational and physical development.

Our dedicated classroom is set within the tranquil grounds of the Lea and Garsdon Primary School with whom we have close links. Children love the light and colourful space and outside we have a dedicated play area overlooking green fields.

This website aims to give you a flavour of our Pre-School. However, there is nothing like seeing the real thing, so if you would like to come and see us in action then please contact us to arrange a visit.

Our teaching staff

OPENING TIMES
We are open from Monday to Friday during term time, from 9am until 3pm. We operate two sessions:
Morning: 9am until 12 noon
Afternoon: 12 noon until 3pm (including Lunch)
We also offer a Lunch Club from 12 noon until 12.30pm.

Children may attend either or both of these sessions during the day. Alternative hours may be available on request.

OFSTED
The Pre-School was praised following the last OFSTED inspection in January 2008. They noted that the Pre-School promoted strong leadership and a child orientated environment. We achieve high standards in all six areas of the Foundation Stage with “Very Good” comments throughout.
